Our houses are between 2700 and 3300 ft elevation in front of the highest summits of the Pyrénées. They are facing south and overlooking the Garbet valley and the village of Ercé.They are old cow barns renovated, completely independent at a remote area. We guarantee a complete calm. There are no neighbors or noise other than the sound of cow bells and the sound of the streams that descend from the mountain. To reach the area, there is a dirt road passable throughout the year.

PELIOOU is a large mountain gîte located in Ariège.
At the rear of the house, a sheltered south-facing terrace is perfect for enjoying the sunshine.
Set at 3000 ft between forest and pastures, the panorama is superb and can be enjoyed from the large veranda in all weather conditions.

LA SOULEILO

SOULEILO is the first gîte we built.
It is located at an altitude of 900 m, at the top of a meadow, under the shade of large oak trees.
A covered front terrace allows you to enjoy the morning sun and a beautiful mountain view. In the afternoon, the rear of the house offers a shaded area near the spring and the barbecue.

CAMBOUICH

La Grange de CAMBOUICH is the last barn we converted.
Located at 1100 m, it is the highest gîte in the mountain.
It is completely isolated, at the edge of pastures and forest.
At the back of the house, a natural spring flows all year round and supplies the house. From the gîte, the view over Mont Valier and the high Pyrenees peaks is outstanding.

La Grange de GUSTOU is the best-equipped gîte.
Right in front of the house, there is a pond with a waterfall fed year-round by a mountain stream.
From the veranda, the view over the Garbet valley and the surrounding peaks is among the most beautiful in the region.

Why frogs?
Because they are still numerous around the gîte, enjoying the nearby streams and wet areas, a clear sign of a preserved natural environment.
"La cachette des grenouilles" is our largest gîte. It is located at an altitude of 900 m, in a clearing surrounded by forest, offering a magnificent view over the Garbet valley and the high mountains.
